1.Industry filtrations:
It is suitable for industry circulating water filtration, such as cooling or heating system, sewage treatment, sprinkler head protection, workshop and municipal water recycling, filtration before the R.O. system, papermaking, chemical industry, Babbitt disinfection system, vacuum pump system, air compressor system, continuous casting system, water treatment applications,refrigeration and heating water systems and so on.
2.Irrigation filtrations:
Application for groundwater, municipal water; rivers, lakes and sea waters.,orchards, nurseries, greenhouses, golf courses, parks and so on.
Working Principle
1> The water flows through the screen and the particles are retained on the inside of the screen of the filter element. The filtered water then flows out through the outlet.
2> When the pressure differential increases to the pre-determined level, the flushing cycle starts. A automatic valve is opened on the drainage outlet then releasing pressure.
3> Electric motor activate suck scanner system which generates an helical movement along the screen to vacuum up the captures particles from the screen. The captured solids are expelled through the drain valve.
4> Filters continue to supply filtered water even during the flushing cycle. The whole working system is controlled by a smart box which has several control modes: pressure differential, time, manual or PLC.
