Introduction:
With the breakthrough of manufacturing technology of high-strength and ultra-high-strength sheet metal and the thirst of social application, people put forward higher requirements for high precision leveler machine suitable for high-strength sheet and plate metal. Haixun Hengding successfully developed several types of precision levelers for a broad range of applications: punched and laser-cut parts, perforated plates, precious metal, aerospace,engineering machinery, auto, military industry.
Feature:
1. It has small size, middle size and large size, according to the material. Two methods of power drive are optional: direct drive and all-drive (invention patent no.: ZL201310396964.8).
2. Compared with the traditional technology of leveling machine, our patent structure is more stable, more rigid, greater load potential. When the leveling machine is fully loaded, the gap variation of the upper and lower leveling rollers can keep between 0.2mm ~ 0.5mm, and the pressing mechanism can be maintained free for 10 years!
3. All-drive leveler can flatten ultra-high-strength metal sheet with yield strength of 700 ~ 2200MPa, and sheet metal parts with large width and thickness ratio without residual stress.
4. Quick disassembly and replacement of leveling roller system is available. By using this system, the customer can save a lot of time and labour for frequent roller replacement and maintenance.
5. Under the premise of strict implementation of operation rules, careful daily maintenance and effective lubrication of the moving parts, our company's high-strength, high-precision leveling machines can ensure 8000 hours or three years of trouble-free operation!
